After renting out an entire building of loft apartments in record time, Chaya cemented her love and passion for the real estate industry as a realtor with Dream Town Realty. Chaya grew up in Lincoln Park, and is currently raising her daughters in the heart of the city—the Gold Coast. Chaya loves practicing yoga, boxing, and traveling. She actively gives back to the community, donating a percentage of her commission on every transaction to local charities.
